maintained grounds adult areas available sun beds
i stayed in a junior suite. the grounds were nicely maintained and offered good facilities. the adult areas were a bonus and always had sun beds available.
the lunch snack bar had limited options for variety.

grateful stay at pelagos suites
nice staff private pool
i felt grateful for the prosecco and heart-shaped chocolate cake we received for our wedding anniversary. the staff were genuinely nice, always smiling and happy to help. they even accommodated us with a table in the fully booked restaurant on our last evening. i also appreciated the room's cleanliness and spaciousness, especially the private pool.

the hotel has its own beach area with free loungers, drinks and changing rooms. accessing the beach requires crossing a street. however, the street is hardly used by traffic, ensuring guest safety.

the staff displayed friendly attitudes and a willingness to help in any way possible. guest relations manager fatma showed a warm and courteous manner. her empathy, kindness, professionalism, and flexible thinking significantly enhanced my stay.

the buffet offers a diverse selection of fresh and delicious foods. gardens are lovingly landscaped and very well maintained. spacious pool areas encourage relaxation, providing ample loungers and chilled seating options.

the rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and facilities meet every need. i enjoyed the view of gardens, the pool, and the pool bar from my room's balcony.

repetitive food poor drink quality
i found some issues . the buffet lacked variety the food was often the same each day. drink quality was disappointing particularly cocktails included in the all-inclusive package. bottled water cost extra a small charge that felt out of place for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the hotel seems to prioritize appearances over substance.
